I am thankful for our ELL class. I am thankful for all the students, all my friends. For this blog, I am going to say some thankful words for each one of our member. Arkadiy, my best friend, you are very good at sports. You looks like an "athletics giant" who is very good at golf, soccer, skiing, basketball.... Thank you because you and Egor were always arguing with Mrs. B which gives us the chance to have less homework and stress. Egor, my best friend, you are very funny. You are a brave man who always challenge oneself. Thank you because you had made our ELL class not boring any more. Ivan, my best friend, MVP in our ELL class. Thank you, I really enjoy to team with you and always being the best team in our class. Jake, my best friend, you are very special. You are a person who always listens different music, plays different games, does different things than me. Thank you because we always help each other. Leo, my best friend, you are a active person in class, but also a quiet boy when you listen to the music or walk on the street. Thank you because you always influence the people around you with your happy emotion. Nancy, my best friend, you are a quiet person when you talking with English, but an active person when you talking with Chinese. Thank you for being one of the member of our class, the only girl in our class. Son, my best friend, I don't know you very well, but I think you have a placid personality. Thank you for helping and joining us. Steven, my best friend, you are a "Renaissance man" who does the things perfect. Thank you for being my best friend and also being a best opponent for me in our history class. Nihat, my best friend, you are the leader and the only senior in our class. You looks really funny by doing some strange things. Thank you for leading us and giving advice. Young, my best friend, you are a hard worker who always tries to do the best job. Thank you for helping and face timing me to give some advice. Mrs. B, my best friend, you are the only one who has been teaching me for three years. Thank you for giving some advice and correcting my grammar mistakes. Thank you for all!

Live for Today

Time is money. Life is everything. One way or another, we all need to cherish the transitory life because life is easy to waste but hard to gain; therefore, we all shall be live for today. The reason why we should live for today because the only thing that can happen in front of your eyes is the present. Undoubtedly, things will change every seconds, it is same as the river. River, an invincible thing which is a masterpiece made by nature. Time is like the river, it always flows into the end of the world, and it will never be the same in every seconds. Life can be seemed as wind, it travels to every corner of the world. Meanwhile, Your life is part of the wind, whatever the path you choose, the onward volition is always your future. Although you may think your life is imperfect; you may think you past is nothing; you may think you don't have a future, but life is life, it can change every seconds, the thing you can do is to live in the present and wait for the opportunity which you can do it. Let's do our best for today, to be the river, and be the wind, to learn from the past, and receive a better future. Right, the opportunity is in front of you!

Thanks God, For Giving us This peaceful world.

Smiling can be a solace. It gives an encouragement and works for any problems if someone gives a smile. It helps to give a good attention to the one you smile to, and also, it helps to let other people to remember your smiles. I always smile, I love to smile, but smile can sometimes make a person stupid.  Some people say that smile is childish, although, it can be a very important emotion, but it not often works for some adult which we called the poker-faced people. Those kind of people are not caring about life, which life is an abundant stress to them. This week, I was working in a temporary project for my English class. This project, as we called the Siddhartha project, gave me a wonderful opportunity to let me be the one of the poker-faced people. At first, I made a plan for my project. I was trying to be indifferent for anything I looked, and anything I learned because is easy to make me smile as by looking from other stuff. What I found out was that to be a poker-faced people, it gives a peaceful time to enjoy and listen the aesthetic world. All in all, I really enjoyed to have a different personality, and I think smiling and not smiling both can have good benefits.

The Renaissance

Haha! I can get a Bonus point!
What a wonderful week! This week, I have learned lots of stuff. Anyway, I am really impressed of my work and oration, especially my history works. I have done a really good job for my history homework and in class writing. The Renaissance, a period that effects me the most because of the artist, humanism, individuism, rebirth, the Black Death.... And also I really like the artist Leonardo de Vinci, he was a kind of man who did things perfectly which a perfect example of art called "the Last Supper." De Vinci as a Renaissance man who had glory for art and science, who was a sculptor, a painter, a astronomer, and a geologist. Anyway, the Renaissance shows the rebirth from the Middle Ages, the new ideas, and exploration for having a better lifetime. It changed the view of politics, society, economy, and religion. But the most important thing that I have learned is whether or not how Important Renaissance is, is a Renaissance a thing? I think not really because two of the greatest Renaissance human were living at the same time according to the history book,but there is a question about the time when they were born. Petrarch was born in 1304, and Montaigne was born in 1533. So is hard to believe that Renaissance has ever existed. Thank you.

Our New Classmates

This year is my third year in The Webb School. I'm very proud that I am still a webb gentleman because to be a real nice and obedient gentleman in The Webb School is very hardly. This year is going to be a very difficult time to me because hard classes and homework have been waiting for me all this summer. I was nervous during my summer time, and I think English II is a big challenge to me. Believe it or not, the biggest challenge is making friends. The people around me always say that I am a person who have a ambiguous aim to associate others. My mom has been telling me that be careful of what you choosing for right or wrong from your heart. I have tried to obeyed it, but I can't decide which is which and good or wrong. Since that, I'm trying to do my best for not finding good or bad but friends. This year is a great time to making friends with anybody, and welcome our new classmates: Leo, Sun, Steven, Nancy, Andriy, Calvin, Haipei, Iris, Jessica, Nino and Slavs to be our friends! Welcome To The Webb School!!!

Reach to a New Land

Reach to a new land. In our life, there have lots of new lands you can find, especially the enormous one. For example, the first time to learn how to talk and walk; the first time to go fishing, shopping, traveling, and playing sports; the first time you get wedding, new shoes, car, phone….All in all, we can learn as many things as we can that help for us living comfortably. For me, this week, I learned how to drive. It is my first time to drive in a real road by a real car, no joking, I swear this is a part of my life that fill with all my tension, pride, and happiness. At first, it drove me crazy because the rules of the position and road signs were so uncontrollable. It also drove the coach crazy because in some reason, I always speed up and he has been saying "slow down" for thousand times. Then because of some mistakes that caused accident, he was so angry and tried to kick me out of the car. In somehow, when I changed the road, I almost hit a car because I never look back. But after the two-days lessons, I was doing better and better, even more better than my coach. Overall, I think this lesson was worth it, and finally, I reached to a new land.

Paragraph #1- Explored the Amazon River
Brazil is a marvelous place to visit, if I want to recommend top 5 countries that I like and it is wroth to travel which I think that must have the country Brazil. The reason that we want to visit Brazil because the world's seven wonders (I had been to other six wonders, but there's one I haven't which is Corcovado, the statue of Jesus.) But after I finished the trip of Brazil, there was another thing that attracted me---"The Amazon River." This is the top 1 place in Brazil that I think and want to mention about it. First, as you know (maybe 70% people in the world know) that the Amazon River is the world second longest river, it has 4000 miles just second only to Nile River. It is the same distance from Seattle, WA, straight down to Orlando and come back to Seattle again. Can you imagine that, if you can't, find a map! Second, we should protect the Amazon forest because without that, the whole world reduces 1/5 oxygen, and people will live uncomfortableness. Third, Amazon is an unimaginable place. Have you ever seen the white and black color of water flowing in one river? With out any questions, that's Amazon River. But after you say that, there'll be a lot of argument. How can the white and black flow on one same river? Some people says the density of two different water are different and if you try the temperature of two water, one is warmer than another one. Fourth, there are about 15000 types animals in the rainforest and half of them are unknown. When you mention about Amazon Rainforest, people always say narrow escape, because there have eight things when you go into the Amazon, you really don't want them to happen. There are Crocodiles, piranhas, poisonous insects, infectious diseases, guerrillas, drug's sellers, criminals, and snakes. You never know what will be happen in the next second in Amazon.

Paragraph #2- Toured around the city of Rio de Janeiro
The city of Rio de Janeiro is not as good as I imagined before the trip, but still it is a really great place to travel around, especially the food, beaches, samba, churches, and girls. What a wonderful place! But the main problem that breaks this fantasy are the homeless people, slum, and also the criminals. For my advice, is better for tourists live in there about 2-3 days. You can spend more time in the Amazon Rainforest, and Iguaçu Falls. There are phenomenal!

Plans for the future: Hi, everyone! Today I am going to talk about my plans for the future. Oh wait, I have already used future tense right? Ok, then, my first plan is to write a blog about my plans for the future for ELL English class. Just joking, but for real I had never thought about plans until now (just because I am lazy), and also, I haven't wanted to plan a plan. But, since Mrs. B has forced us to write a plan, just in case, I must think something like my future life (wife). Before this, let's count how many words I have written because I don't want to write too long for this. I have already wrote ninety words…oh, I only need to write sixty more. All in all, let's return to our topic. On my phone, I found out some awful notes for my plans, but I wrote these when I was in kindergarten. (That is not meant I wrote this in kindergarten, I mean that my future plans were as same as a kindergarten student's thinking). So I am not going to use those kinds of ideas; however, one of them is very interesting and is precious to me (the only one that I want to talk about). I want to be a writer! But, this idea has led to a problem. How can you be a writer if you are a fallible person on grammar? So I have just abandoned this way of my future. Not only because am I a fallible person, but I am so lazy to write books, and also, I don't like write the same stories or ideas with other books (plagiarism). Also It takes a lot of time to think about a new different event. It is the same as a vegan eating meat or choosing to be a writer. Somehow, I have thought over and over again, Instead I will choose to be a adventurer or traveler instead of a writer. (Mrs. B would be delighted if I chose to be a writer, I think). Nevertheless, out of the blue, I am going to study Japanese or Spanish, either one. The reason for this is because that I am going to live in Japan after I graduate from college. I think I will marry an Asian woman, not a European or black woman. Also, my second plan is to travel. I am going to travel around the world and march to discover the new things. I am going to find my significant other by travel. Maybe someday I will find a girl whom I love. After that, I would like to have one dog or maybe more than that (who knows). My third plan is to be a singer. If I will work hard to be famous, for as you know it is hard to be famous if you are a layfolk. Therefore, I am very excited and anxious about my plans for the future. Moreover, I think it is more important to worry about the present than the future because you will never know what will be happen in the future.

A Midsummer Night's Dream

A Midsummer Night's Dream. If I could jump into a book that I've read, I think I may choose the book called "A Midsummer Night's Dream." The reason that I chose this book because this is one of my favorite books and also it was written by William Shakespeare. This book is a comedy and also is about a love story between three lovers. In the story, there have eight main characters, Theseus, Hippolyta, Lysander, Demetrius, Hermia, Helena, Oberon, and Titania. Theseus duke and Hippolyta queen are having a wedding, and Hermia is force to be marry with Demetrius. But I would choose Hermia to spend time with me. So now I am going to change the story when I jumped into the book. I went into the book and wanted to join the wedding between Theseus and Hippolyta. When I arrived in the forest, I met a girl but I didn't know who is she. She got lost and couldn't find her boyfriend, so I tried to be a nice person to help her. After some hours, we got lost, and couldn't find anyone, and also became tired. So we slept under the tree, meanwhile, an evil person who tried to spread his perfume in the forest, but no one noticed, and no one know what would be happened next. Oberon, the king of the fairies wanted to ask Titania, the queen of the fairies to give her Indian changeling as his henchman. But, she refused. Then, Oberon got mad and use his power "Puck" to teased Titania. So after, Puke plucked pansy also called viola tricolor to drop the flower juice onto Titania's eyelid. Viola tricolor represent miss or the miss between lovers, also it represents daydream. This is how it works, so when Titania wake up, the first person she see will be her lover forevermore. When Puke saw the girl and me on back of the way, he thought that he still had some viola tricolor, so he also dropped some juice on to the girl's eyelid. Then after we awoke, the girl stared at me for a while, then  she rushed on me and kissed me with out thinking. And let me think this is so out of the blue. I had nothing to say, and then we just fell in love with each other. I didn't even know what was her name, but I just beloved with her. Then, after one week, we had date together and met her parents and also we were going to have a wedding. On the wedding, I asked her does she loves me and she said yes, then she asked back, suddenly, I became dumb, I wanted to say yes but the sky turned to the black. Immediately, I woke up, and I was still slept under the tree with the girl. After I discovered that was just a dream and nothing happened, her boyfriend found us, and is time to say good bye. Because of that evil person, I dreamed that dream. And still, I didn't even know her name, but I was happy with all things that happened in my dream. Then, let us find Hermia and change the story.
